Procurement Consulting
To mitigate waste, sandbagging, and one-off equipment requests, we can ensure capital equipment asks have been heavily vetting prior to going to hospital executive teams. By reporting to org financial leadership, we connect with interdepartmental clinical leaders to identify common needs to increase purchasing power and standardization. We then take requests and partner with org procurement officers by utilizing their negotiation skillset in obtaining maximum value vs. individual clinical departments negotiating on their own. Further, we vet requests through technical leadership (bioengineering and radiology engineering) to ensure enterprise compatibility/integration, all while keeping org finance and accounting aware of project progress prior to their submitting capital equipment requests to senior leaders.
