Technology Infrastructure Planning

For a project to deliver technology that meets or surpasses client expectations it is imperative that proper infrastructure is identified and vetted at the design level and then implemented during the construction phase for the project to be successful. On Point specializes in capturing every detail from the required conduits and rough ins to the power, data, and med gasses specific to the technology that is being installed. Understanding the importance and ensuring this is done correctly can make a huge difference in the project budget. Re-works of this order are extremely costly but can be avoided if the time is taken to understand ALL technology going into the new/remodeled space and designing this space to accommodate it.

On Point will attend all Developmental Design, Schematic Design, and Activation meetings to ensure the technology infrastructure is accounted for and installed correctly. We will attend construction meetings to verify that all the details from the design are installed in the space.
