Our careers have predominately been spent working as in-house operations managers and fiduciaries working in the best interest of a major academic medical center in a cost effective and organizationally favorable manner.  Our roles consisted of providing administrative, financial, and operational oversight of Bioengineering and Clinical Administrative work units in the perioperative, procedural, inpatient and ancillary services environments. We have a proven history of being change agents of multiple large hospital support operations to produce high functioning teams. From small and large capital construction projects to multimillion dollar hospital wide equipment procurement and implementation initiatives, we know exactly what needs to happen to deliver a successful project for both Clinical and Hospital side senior leaders and have built strong reputations as top tier performers who put in hard work to ensure successful outcomes.
